Fiona from 'Yoga with Fiona' and Marisa from 'Hema Sounds' are delighted to bring you a peaceful and uplifting retreat day in the beautiful countryside at Hackhurst Farm. Together, they bring their experience, knowledge and wisdom to create a beautiful day of rest, reflection, pampering and promise!
Expect accessible yoga, a nourishing lunch, sauna, gentle group activities, time to reflect and an immersive sound bath to bring the day to a beautiful close.
No previous experience is necessary and all levels are warmly welcome.
A whole day to simply be. As we approach the Autumn Equinox — a time of balance, transition and turning inward — this is an opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with what nourishes you.
Exchange: £150 per person. Delicious lunch, refreshments, tea, coffee and cake are all included.

About Fiona & Marisa
Fiona Condie is a Yoga teacher and Functional Movement Therapist based in Brighton & Hove. With over 25 years of teaching experience, Fiona brings a friendly, inclusive and playful approach to movement. Marisa Tighe is an experienced sound energy practitioner, trained with the renowned Sound Healing Academy. At Hema Sounds, she has practised sound therapy in Lewes and Sussex for six years, offering monthly group sound baths at The Open door Wellness Centre as well as 1:1, small group and women's sound circle sessions from her Lewes studio. She creates deeply relaxing and immersive experiences using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flute, chimes and more to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. www.hemasoundtherapy.com
