Enjoy relaxing sauna sessions every other Thursday

6:00pm-8:00pm

Our gorgeous barrel sauna is made from Siberian cedar and fired with our own wood from Hackhurst Farm. It is spacious enough to accommodate up to ten people. There is an outside cold shower and a cool pool. The toilets are a short walk away near the car park. In order for your body to relax and not go into physiological stress, our sauna sessions begin with a comfortable temperature of only 50-55°C and then gradually increase to a max of 75-80°C.

What to bring...

Towels: bring two - one to sit on, one for drying off.

Clothing: feel free to enjoy the sauna session in your birth suit or in your swimwear.

Hydration: bring your own bottle. Water is available.
