Laura of Shore Sounds is very excited to be offering this beautiful event at Hackhurst Farm in December. A Winter retreat, in the magical Sussex Barn in gorgeous countryside surroundings. 

Let us take a pause, connect together, breathe, honour the magic of the season through nature crafts and mindful movement. A healing experience - they've weaved together the perfect antidote needed at this time of year. 

The day will include a Yoga and meditation session, a reflections and release journaling workshop with fire ceremony, nature crafts, sauna in the wood-fired wild sauna, delicious ethical teas, homemade lunch and refreshments, and a healing Sound Bath.
