Summer Solstice Yoga, Sauna and Sound Bath Retreat

Elise and Laura are very excited to be offering this beautiful event at Hackhurst Farm in June. A Summer Solstice retreat, in the magical Sussex Barn in gorgeous countryside surroundings.
When the sun seemingly stands still, let us also take a pause, connect together, breathe, honour the magic of the season through nature crafts and mindful movement. A healing experience - they've weaved together the perfect antidote needed for a busy solar energy time of year.
The day will include a Yoga and meditation session led by Elise of Dock Leaves Yoga, dancing and journaling, Pagan fire rituals and nature crafts, a Wild Sauna and plunge pool, nature walks, a delicious nutritious lunch, tea and sweet treat refreshments, and a healing Sound Bath with Laura of Shore Sounds.
