You’ll be guided into stillness through a rich, layered soundscape of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, a Paiste gong, shamanic and ocean drums, Native American style flutes gentle percussion and voice. All intentionally crafted to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and invite restorative rest.
