A gently guided conscious dance practice, we experiment by moving in intimacy with ourselves and others, deepening our awareness of the body-mind, emotions & consciousness. Ever curious, feeling, opening, softening into the body, letting go to the ground, listening, presencing. What is our true movement in the moment? You are welcome as you are - no skills or experience needed, just an open heart, curiosity & willingness to explore.

About Emma
Emma is a yoga & meditation teacher, movement facilitator, guide and dancer, offering embodied movement, meditation, workshops, retreats and 1-1 sessions to awaken and embody Love. She encourages intimacy and presence whether in movement or stillness. With over 25 years devoted to Truth, she teaches very much through her embodied presence.
Emma guides us to reflect, inspire and remind us of who and what we are. Being with Emma is an inspiration to dive In, Let Love and Let Life in through joy and playful exploration.
