My vinyasa flow classes are designed for all abilities, combining breath-led movement with mindful awareness. When I discovered yoga, I fell in love with its ability to heal, ground, and energise. After training in India, my mission became clear: to help others reconnect with their bodies and minds through accessible, feel-good movement. Whether you're brand new or deepening your practice, my classes offer a supportive space to explore, grow, and flow—at your own pace.

Investment:

Monday & Wednesday £15 drop-in or £60 for 5 classes

Thursday £12 drop-in or £50 for 5 classes

I came to yoga with a sore back and serious doubts, but over time, I fell in love with the strength and clarity it brought me. After a life-changing retreat in Barcelona and completing my teacher training in Goa, yoga became more than a practice—it became my purpose. I believe everybody is unique and capable of flowing, and thriving. My goal is to help others reconnect with themselves, move with intention, and feel good—whatever their starting point.
