Spring Equinox Yoga, Sauna and Sound Bath Retreat

Elise and Laura are very excited to be offering this beautiful event at Hackhurst Farm in March. A Spring Equinox retreat, in the magical Sussex Barn in gorgeous countryside surroundings. A full-stop after the winter and a creative day to replenish with like-minded souls.
The day will include a Yoga session led by Elise at Dock Leaves Yoga, a Wild Sauna and plunge pool, nature walks, journaling opportunities, Vision-board workshop, a delicious nutritious lunch, tea and sweet treat refreshments, and a Sound Bath with Laura at Shore Sounds.
